Public bug reported: Binary package hint: network-manager
'lsb_release -rd' output: Description: Ubuntu hardy (development branch) Release: 8.04 network-manager version: 0.6.6-0ubuntu4 Hello, Since I upgraded from Gutsy to Hardy beta on this laptop, network manager does not work properly, neither on wired, nor wireless networks, it keeps attempting to connect to the network even after it successfully acquires an IP address, it seems that it cannot detect that it has acquired an IP address, hence it disconnects and tries again and again. I have this problem on one laptop, but not the other one. ** Affects: network-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [Hardy] Network Manager can't detect that it is connected to network https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/209881 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
