We can now successfully hibernate, but the sky2-based ethernet device
doesn't function after the machine resumes. I get this error when trying
to bring the device back up:

> sudo ifup eth0
SIOCSIFADDR: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
Bind socket to interface: No such device
Failed to bring up eth0.

dmesg shows some interesting stuff as well:
sky2 0000:02:00.0: unsupported chip type 0xff
sky2: probe of 0000:02:00.0 failed with error -95
