Except that this doesn't require packaging: alsa-firmware is currently
on its way into Medibuntu. See [0]. It is unsuitable for Ubuntu
distribution (even via multiverse), as it has many licensing
incompatibilities. Removing infringing parts of the package would result
in crippling it, as so much would have to be taken out.
