Thanks for the pointer to the upstream thread. We're currently in Beta
Freeze for the Hardy kernel so only critical bugs fixes or extremely
simple patches are being pulled in at this time. I'll reassign to the
kernel team to consider, but this may have to wait until the Intrepid
Ibex release (which will most likely automatically include this patch
since the Intrepid kernel will rebase with upstream). It would also be
good if you could confirm this patch resolves your issue. I'm including
the upstream git commit id for the kernel team to reference. Thanks.
