Steps to reproduce:
* Hibernate the system.
* Press the power button in the front panel of the computer. The system cannot
start. Monitor remains black.
* Turn off the computer by pressing a power switch in the back panel. Then turn
it on by pressing the power switch in the back panel. Then press the power
button in the front panel. The system can start and resumes from hibernate.
