Running the firefox-bin binary directly is incorrect, and it will not work. I can reproduce this on my computer:
$ /usr/lib/firefox/firefox-bin /usr/lib/firefox/firefox-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libmozjs.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory But what is the exact error you get when you run /usr/lib/firefox/firefox from the command line?
