Found a temporary solution that uses the gnome-volume-manager. I have made a script only containing the line gnome-volume-manager and put it in:
~/.kde/Autostart Now both my Maxtor disk and iPod are mounted on boot up. But I still get the error in Disk & Filesystems module: The module Disk & Filesystems could not be loaded. The diagnostics is: Possible Reasons: * An error occured during your last KDE upgrade leaving an orphaned control module * You have old third party modules lying around -- "Disk&Filesystems" module does not load after plugging in iPod https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/124856 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kubuntu Team, which is subscribed to kde-guidance in ubuntu. -- kubuntu-bugs mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/kubuntu-bugs
