Hi dano
if you too experience this issue, please do confirm it, changing the status,
about the importance of the bug, this is due the fact refers to a non-core
application and doesn't seems to affect many users, you can learn more about
bug importance at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Importance.

Thanks for your interest on this issue, do you associate the mplayer
application to those files?, if so, how do you add it, and does it
change if instead of "mplayer" or "gmplayer" you follow the command by
the "%s" argument, obviously without the quotation marks.

PD: I'm assuming you associate the files to be opened by the "mplayer"
or "gmplayer" command without any argument.

Thanks
