It should be: nautilus "%s"

It can be fixed using gconf-editor if you go to desktop > gnome > url-handlers 
> ftp and edit the command to be: nautilus "%s"
*OR* do this command in terminal:
gconftool -s -t string /desktop/gnome/url-handlers/ftp/command 'nautilus "%s"'
