my best understanding of the upgrading process is it will collect on all
informations from our systems and upgrade it as what the new systems suposed
to do. Ironically new system overwrite it and irregardless of what the old
systems has. As I mentioned it's kill and disable some of the main
functions. Yes it is a bug but not as separate packages but some application
were required to be remove before upgrading is required.
