* debian/patches/03_disable_on_turn_off_fixes.patch: Improve read-out of serial number when a printer is disconnected or turned off; use also the bus type for identifying printers; fixed bug which made serial numbers getting ignored when identifying a printer. Do not disable any printer which is driven by the HPLIP CUPS backends when they are turned off.
