I disagree with you monoi. I get the timeout issue without using networkManager. BTW, 4306 with a rev 03 also needs b43 : - blacklist b43 and modproble b43legacy => no interface is created - if b43 is not blacklisted, loading b43legacy also loads b43 (I don't know if it is a normal behaviour)
