Public bug reported: Binary package hint: compiz
It seems while using compiz, hardy heron becomes very sluggish, including keyboard lag and scrolling lag, not everybody is affected by this bug, but it seems that a few intel video card users and at least one ATI card user are experiencing this problem. Everything is fine while not using compiz, so that seems to be where the problem lies.
