You don't understood me. The CCSM itself is translated already, but the xml-files for the single plugins are strange. Some plugins are translated in 20 languages and for other plugins (for example CUBE) the xml-file is in only-english. The cube-plugin is one of the oldest plugins and in upstream he is translated just since more than a year. The CCSM itself IS translated.
