I can't tell what's going on on your end of things without a bit more
context. (What did you type to get that error message?) It would be very
helpful if you could rule out that this is a configuration problem on
your end--you may have found a bug in linphone, but you may have a
problem with your system configuration, too.

If you're not proficient in English (I'm not proficient in French), you
may have better luck asking someone on the French Ubuntu Forums at
http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/ to help you troubleshoot.
