Just making that while dragging any item and waiting 1 sec over a menu or icon the same effect as mouse click (or double click over icon) would give us a very powerful tool.
We could do for example when sending an email: Drag a file by clicking and holding the left mouse button. Move the mouse over the evolution Icon. Wait 1 sec (Evolution which was closed, opens) Move mouse over new message button Wait 1 sec (New message window opens) Release mouse button. Now we have a new message with the file we selected as attachment.
