As you're not connected, you refuse. After a while, you connect the pc to the internet, the navigation is possible whith firefox. But : The updates don't works Proprietary drivers can't be installed (the app said "driver not available") the add/remove program don't work (allways says that the list is not refreshed). If you reinstall ubuntu with a connection from the begining, all works without any problem. So, sorry for my english and good luck.
