Hello, I'm encountering the same problem at moment.
And is too when compiz is turned on, but it's not only spacebar is a touch that
I'm currently typing then it get stuck
for exemple in a game W to go forward and afer few minutes it stuck the key,
even released.
have to gdm restart to unlock the key.
