Hi Rajniks.
I'm replying here just so you'll see it, though it looks like they want
us discussing this on the bug report of which they have determined
this to be a duplicate.  You might even find you get more success
with a general appeal for help if you place it on the generic Ubuntu forums.
Nonetheless, as a fellow Aspire laptop owner running Gutsy32 I can't help
but want to tell you how I got sound.
I simply installed the newer Alsa per their instructions
http://www.alsa-project.org/main/index.php/Matrix:Module-hda-intel
It's a bit techy, particular if you're new to Linux and struggle with 
privileges.
On the other hand, I've tried Hardy32 Alpha 5 and the sound
works right out of the box.  At this late date, you may simply choose
to wait for Hardy's official release next month.
