But, after successfully applying all the updates and rebooting, I ran into a similar problem using adept_manager to install a whole load of tools: opera, firefox, nikto, nessus, java, samba, nfstools, nfs, mathopd, stunnel, kismet. I start to think there might be a problem with the apt_manager / apt_updater code, when you try to install or update a large number of packages in one go. Is this a known issue?
