Same problem on Hardy 64-bit with recent updates. To reproduce:
1. Create encrypted folder
2. Mount and unmount it
3. Attempt to mount the volume with the wrong password - will give you an error 
message as expected
4. Now try to mount the same folder using correct password - results in crash 
reported above
