Public bug reported:
When I attempt to play games that use OpenGL such as Urban Terror or
Enemy Territory I get an error on my monitor that the refresh rates are
out of range, the problem is that even if I specifically give a refresh
rate in the configurations that is acceptable for my monitor I still get
the same error.
