This does not only happen to the an installed GUTSY system. The same problem happens on the LIVE CD too. I have 3 partitions on a brand new Samsung 500 gig hard disk. Two of them formatted in ext3 and one xfs. I was having the same problem with my XFS parttion and thought that I would be able to fix it by reformatting. I booted it with the Gutsy LIVE CD and reformatted it. The same problem occurs as soon as I mount it. I have now reformatted it to ext3 but I am disappointed because I want to use xfs for MythTV.
Interestingly I also have AMD64 system. Maybe it is AMD64 issue. I do not have time to rebuild my system using 32bit Gutsy to find out whether it also happens to a 32bit system. -- XFS library https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/177159 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
