Strangely enough, the file /usr/share/locale/locale.alias doesn't seem to be part of the package, as shown by http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi- bin/search_contents.pl?searchmode=filelist&word=verbiste&version=edgy&arch=amd64
The only file in the package in the /usr/share/locale/ directory is /usr/share/locale/fr/LC_MESSAGES/verbiste.mo -- Verbiste is uninstallable in edgy https://launchpad.net/bugs/61217 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
