I tried to duplicate this with virt-install and received the message "ERROR: Installs currently require 256 megs of RAM. ". I tried again in virt-manager, this time allocating 256mb or RAM (I'd used 128 before) and I did not receive the "virDomainCreateLinux() failed" error.
