Yes it has an option called "Receive files from remote devices". But
without running gnome-obex-server, it doesn't work. While running it, it
seems that the applet already register the server.

$ gnome-obex-server

** (gnome-obex-server:23243): WARNING **: OBEX server register error: -1

** (gnome-obex-server:23243): WARNING **: Unable to initialize OBEX
source

** (gnome-obex-server:23243): WARNING **: Couldn't initialise OBEX
listener
