I'm not sure if this is Nautilus' fault, but it happens to me with Firefox and OpenOffice, although it could be any program.
If I copy a sentence from Firefox, then close Firefox and then try to paste the sentence into OpenOffice, I can't as the sentence has been purged. I've been told I need 'glipper' to keep track of my coping and pasting, but I don't understand why I need an external program to handle my "clipboard". Is this a known feature missing from Nautilus or is it supposed to be there? Yes, this sometimes happens to me with Nautilus too. Seems like that 'select the word to copy it and then middle click to paste it' messes up with ctrl + c and ctrl +v. -- Can't paste nautilus https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/193762 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
