I think I've seen this request before, but I also think it's rather
arguable. The problem here is that people may well have become used to
holding down the down arrow to get to the end of the list, and making it
wrap would break them. This is a variant of Fitts's law
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fitts's_law); imagine how it would feel if
your mouse wrapped around the edges of the screen. :-)

You can use Page Up in the grub menu, which should help. (And yes, the
aforementioned people could use Page Down too.)
