Sorry for the length of time in between comments and the lack of activity on my part. I take it this issue is still happening for you? I use the IMAP server provided through my webhost for one account, and I must have set it to expire in 30 days or what not, because all of my mails greater than 30 days ago are gone. Oops :) Only difference I can tell with my setup and yours, is I don't have separate folders, everything is in one folder. I will search upstream to see if a similar issue has been reported. I just dread that KDE bug tracker for kdepim :) Thanks, and I apologize once again for the massive delay.
