KDE 4.0.2 didn't solve this problem, now it's worse, on top of the icon disappearing when you edit an entry, it also moves it to Lost & Found now.
I wiped my hard drives on my PC, now I am using an Ubuntu/Kubuntu-KDE4 combination with Hardy.
