Public bug reported: I am using Ubuntu (ubuntu-desktop) with KDE4 installed seperately (kubuntu-kde4-desktop). All packages were upgraded to KDE 4.0.2. Now, when I try to access the "File Associations" module under System settings, it won't load. I get the following error:
