Public bug reported:

When I am using KDE 4.0.2, a SCIM icon comes up automatically by the
clock. If I rightclick it and choose to exit it, it comes right back. I
cannot get it to stay gone.

What's worse, while it's loaded if I accidentally press SHIFT+SPACEBAR,
it changes my keyboard language. Due to the awkward way I type, I do
this frequently and it changes my language repeatedly on accident and
it's driving me nuts.

Not only that, I believe it's a Gnome/GTK app. Is it even supposed to be
loading at startup under KDE 4?
