I can't print page 6 of this document http://en.petzl.com/ProduitsServices/GRIGRI_D14601-I.pdf. The job sheet gives the following info: "Error: rangecheck; Offending Command: xyshow". The document repeatedly will not print from Ubuntu, but printed perfectly first time when I tried using windows.
