Ok, playing a bit with the module iwl3945 options, I've managed to get
some scan results (but I don't really know if that option is related to
my problem).

If I disable hardware scan with a "modprobe iwl3945 disable_hw_scan=1",
it shows my AP with a "iwlist scan"... but when I try to connect to it,
it gets stuck on it.

A dmesg shows:
[37716.702215] wlan0: Initial auth_alg=0
[37716.702223] wlan0: authenticate with AP 00:c0:a8:b4:62:e3
[37716.900697] wlan0: authenticate with AP 00:c0:a8:b4:62:e3
[37717.100580] wlan0: authenticate with AP 00:c0:a8:b4:62:e3
[37717.300465] wlan0: authentication with AP 00:c0:a8:b4:62:e3 timed out
[37732.353684] wlan0: privacy configuration mismatch and mixed-cell disabled -
disassociate
[37732.355361] wlan0: Initial auth_alg=0
[37732.355368] wlan0: authenticate with AP 00:c0:a8:b4:62:e3
[37732.551497] wlan0: authenticate with AP 00:c0:a8:b4:62:e3
[37732.751379] wlan0: authenticate with AP 00:c0:a8:b4:62:e3
[37732.951261] wlan0: authentication with AP 00:c0:a8:b4:62:e3 timed out

I don't know if this helps... but it's a little bit more than I had
before.

Thanks in advance,
Antonio
