It is entirely possible for misbehaving plugins to crash Do.
Furthermore, the plugin API has seen recent changes, so plugins built
for a different version may cause Do to crash too.

Does this crash occur when you remove the tinyurl.dll plugin from your
plugin directory?  Since this isn't a part of any Ubuntu package, we
can't support or fix it when it breaks!
