Leo, It is not clear what the connection is between the crashing Firefox process and your Citrix session. If you are starting the session with Firefox (which then crashes), then I would expect to see the Citrix ICA client plugin listed in pluginreg.dat, but it's not there. Alternatively, you could have configured the browser with the ICA client as a helper application, or be doing something else entirely. Please clarify. Putting "about:plugins" into Firefox's URI entry is probably the most reliable way to detect the plugin.
