Public bug reported:
Add a speech synthesis software to Ubuntu.
AmigaOS had it in 1985.
Mac OS X have Victoria, and in 10.5 Leopard they have Alex.
Windows 2000 and XP had Sam. Vista have Anna.
Ubuntu have none. It is possible to install Festival though, but its not
good quality. He talks bad, its difficult to hear what he say.
