Public bug reported: $ cat /etc/lsb-release DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu DISTRIB_RELEASE=8.04 DISTRIB_CODENAME=hardy DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu hardy (development branch)"
GNOME 2.21.92 (02/29/2008) Normally disk partitions appear on the desktop as icons. But sometimes, when I start or restart the computer, they don't. Logging out and in again, solves this and they appear again. When they don't, I also cant right-click on the desktop wallpaper to get the context menu up. I don't know how to reproduce this.. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Partitions does not always appear on desktop https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/197369 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
