Thanks for your submission. Can you go into a terminal and try the following:
>ping 91.189.88.31
If you get a turn around response (looks like: 64 bytes from 91.189.88.31:
icmp_seq=1 ttl=49 time=158 ms) that means the server is up and working.
Control-C to quit ping.
If you can ping the server and the update still fails, then it could be that
the machine is up but the server is down for maintenance.
