There is another case where attention-state (urgency flag) is not reset
properly:

1. open pidgin in gnome, ubuntu 7.10
2. use tabbed layout, have a conversation with a few buddy
3. focus any other application
4. one buddy writes a Instant message
5. pidgin window wants attention
6. focus the window and tab, read the message, don't answer the message
(because it is like "ok" or something)
7. switch back to another application
8. pidgin still want's the focus! it is only reset if you type something as a
answer
