Wiki page -- The wiki page would make for helpful documentation for the user and points to why it's so important to include the manpage. Yes, an online wiki is very helpful if your computer is up and running, but that's no help if the update-manager leaves the networking stack in an unusable stack (like it did for my computers during the 7.04 to 7.10 process). Solution -- Using your favorite manpage editor (e.g., gmanedit), it would be very easy to copy and paste the wiki page into a man page. Additional comments from the maintainer about what the program actually does (as opposed to how to run it) would be very beneficial.
