Without this fix, Ubuntu users from Switzerland and Luxembourg don't have out of the box spell checking in openoffice.org altough the French dictionary is installed. They are forced to set up openoffice.org to use the French (France) dictionary by default and documents made using Microsoft Word in these countries are opened without spell checking. >Any additional information which would be helpful in considering the decision This is a low-risk change.
