Triaged to Confirmed. Demonstrated repeatability. At least one
language pack is required. I think English pack is default. It's
possible that there is an error in the install script. Need to verify
in Gutsy and Hardy Alpha. A dialog needs to be display that says
"English" will be installed if "Skip" is selected. And of course, it
has to work.
