Last week I tried to install the alpha 4, which again did not install. Today I installed the alpha 5 for i386 and this did install. It took rather a long time though.
A few remarks: - when booting the live cd it immediately showed the language selection without having pressed the F2 key - what happened to the resolution chooser? - after having booted in the live cd, the keyboard I had selected was not installed - I find the map to choose your locale (city) worse than as it was before - when the partitioner loaded, it also opened the file browser (????) For the rest, the install went okay. Only (as usual) my network connection was not easy to get working. I upload the log files. ** Attachment added: "debug" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/12176549/debug -- [hardy] alpha 2 install fails https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/151996 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
