Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I'm using dial-up internet connection with an USB Huaweii modem. After
starting evolution, a dialog box appears telling me, that unable to
connect to the POP server. Pressing OK does nothing but pressing Cancel
hides this box and the program works offline. Then I change to work
online -- in this case it works fine.

When I get internet from LAN, this problem won't appear, it works well.
