The partitions are mounted automatically on logon (I didnt manually add
them to fstab or anything).

The disks are logical partitions of my hard disk (ntfs partitions). The
hard disk is 60 GB and is divided into 5 partitions - 3 ntfs (/dev/sda1
- 20GB, /dev/sda5 - 20GB, /dev/sda6 - 10GB), one ext3 (/dev/sda3 - 10GB
- the Ubuntu partition) and one swap (/dev/sda7). The three ntfs
partitions (/dev/sda1, /dev/sda5, /dev/sda6) keep changing labels
(disk1, disk2, disk3) everytime I restart the computer.

incorporate your feedback regarding titles henceforth.
