Load nvidia module, start x, CTR+ALT+F1... blank screen!!
This actually has been happening since at least Dapper... although I
believe that for a very short period of time it was fixed.
Running up to date Hardy and nvidia-glx-new on a nvidia 6200GO (on a
laptop).
