I'm using 64-bit gutsy, Gnome Desktop 2.20.1, the human theme, and open office 2.3.0. If I click Insert >> Picture >> From File... then the dialog box comes up. The default location is: ~/.openoffice.org2/user/gallery
which seems kind of strange, I expect it to be the Documents or ~ directory. The moment I try to navigate to any other directory, Open Office crashes. This happens with a new document or an existing document, and happens in Spreadsheet or Word Processor. The recovery wizard comes up, but actually doesn't work, and I have to physically kill soffice.bin.
