Actually, openoffice.org-hyphenation needs to be removed from the archive and all the language support metapackages must be updated.
For the English support language, it means depending upon openoffice .org-hyphenation-en-us and openoffice.org-hyphenation-en-gb rather than on the generic openoffice.org-hyphenation that previously contained all languages.
