I use gnome-terminal and encode utf8 . I open utf8 (ex.zh_TW.utf8) file
with vim-tiny. I see wrong code word , and I type something that wrong
code.
But I use gnome-terminal with big5 encode. I see correct word in utf8
file.

vim-tiny 7.0-035+1ubunt
